Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a leading autonomous driving startup in the mining and construction industry

• Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, in line with the business objectives and growth plans
• Lead the engineering team, driving innovation and collaboration to deliver high-quality products and solutions
• Build a world-class technology organization, attracting and retaining top talent and fostering a culture of excellence, ownership, and accountability
• Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge autonomous driving solutions for the mining and construction industries
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, senior management team, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of technology initiatives with business goals
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage them to enhance our products and services

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including experience in leading and managing engineering teams
• Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering successful technology products and solutions in the autonomous driving space
• Deep understanding of the mining and construction industries, and experience in developing and implementing autonomous driving solutions for these industries
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically, and make data-driven decisions
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
