This cutting-edge startup is automating the construction and mining space by retrofitting existing industrial vehicles to make them autonomous. Work alongside industry experts to help with the prototyping and development of autonomous wiring systems while using PCBs and Harnesses to architect a successful Autonomous Platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Designing, testing, and installing PCBs and Harnesses.
- Designing Fail-Safe Electrical Systems.
- Designing the electrical architecture for the autonomous system.
- Prototyping of electrical hardware
- Using power budgeting to select the appropriate conductors.
- Evaluating based on functionality, safety, availability, and reliability.
Requirements:
- Experience fabricating, testing, and designing electrical systems and hardware.
- Rapid prototyping knowledge.
- Experience with electrical fabrication techniques.
- Experience using power tools such as soldering iron, heat gun, etc.
- Knowledge of electrical design and development software tools.
- Experience working with ISO 26262.
- Power usage analysis knowledge.
- Ability to select appropriate conductors.
- Circuit protection knowledge.
