This rapidly growing AI startup, founded by ex-Google/Facebook Directors of Engineering, is looking to double in size from its current 500 employees. This company uses a unique 360-degree AI talent intelligence platform to develop full profiles to reach diversity goals and help all their employees discover more promotion opportunities and new roles within their companies. They are looking for an expert in machine learning and deep learning to work on this AI platform.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally within the product team with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Evaluate and determine long term success of the business and products by defining KPIs and metrics
- Design experiments and hypothesis by analyzing data, customers, and business to drive product growth
Must-haves:
- 3 + years experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst or equivalent
- SQL expertise, experience with programming languages such as Python, R, etc.
- Experience extracting and analyzing data to summarize learnings
- Technical skills using Excel and dashboarding/data visualization (i.e. Tableau, Mixpanel, Looker, Quicksight or similar)
- Knowledge of experimental design such as A/B experiments and statistical methods
Nice-to-haves:
- BS or MS in a quantitative discipline (Math, Economics, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
