Product Lead

This rapidly growing AI start up, founded by ex Google/Facebook Directors of Engineering, is looking to double in size from their current 500 employees. This company uses a unique 360-degree AI talent intelligence platform to develop full profiles to reach diversity goals and help all their employees discover more promotion opportunities and new roles within their companies.  They are looking for an expert in machine learning and deep learning to work on this AI platform.

Salary: $200,000 – $250,000, plus performance bonus and stock options

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the leadership team, the engineering team, and the product team
• Develop a strategic product roadmap to address developer partners and customers needs
• Track industry and talent acquisition trends to adapt your product strategy accordingly
• Develop and present strategic insights about the products, their market and customer adoption

Must Haves:

• 8+ years of product management experience
• Computer Science/Engineering education or equivalent work experience.
• A passion for talent acquisition
• Experience building a SaaS product
• Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Value of customer and market feedback
