Lead Software Development Engineer in Test  – Global leader in content creation – $143,000K – $230,000K Base Salary

They are looking for an experienced engineer to be a hands-on technical leader in test automation to produce high quality products to protect users from offensive content and conduct.

Job responsibilities:

• Leading a team of SDETs to design, develop and maintain automated test frameworks and tools to ensure the reliability and quality of software applications and systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement testing strategies for software applications and features.
• Developing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test scripts to cover functional, performance, and security testing of software applications.

Must haves:

• BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, related technical discipline.

• Over five years of experience in quality assurance for internet products, focusing primarily on server-side and technical/team leadership experience.
• Proficiency in quality assurance methodology and a strong grasp of continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), quality standards, server-side automation testing, and server-side performance testing, with experience in at least two or three of these areas.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language, such as Python, Go, or Java.
