As a Senior Software Optimization Engineer, you’ll have a crucial role in shaping our success. Your responsibilities will include designing, optimizing, and implementing a software stack that integrates FPGA accelerators into cryptographic applications. This will require efficient memory and compute resource management, performance profiling, and refining cryptography code.
You’ll collaborate with both FPGA and cryptography engineers to co-design hardware-software interfaces, and with infrastructure engineers to deploy software on our bare metal server cluster, ensuring optimal performance across the system.
Qualification:
- Expertise or proven experience in optimizations with Rust, C++, or C
- Perficient in benchmarking, tuning, and optimizing non-trivial multithreaded software
- Ability to optimize across abstraction layers: Algorithms, concurrency, scheduling, Linux performance tweaking, memory constraints, and hardware configurations
