Technical Program Manager – Cutting Edge Autonomous Vehicle Software Company – Up to 400k
We’re currently working with an autonomous vehicle company that is working alongside some of the largest vehicle manufacturers. They are continuing to improve the autonomy stack for OEMs and have raised over $350m in funding since 2017. The team is working with cutting-edge technology to take the self-driving vehicle market to the next level.
They’re seeking a Technical Program Manager to contribute to the creation and oversight of intricate software and hardware engineering projects, specifically in the fields of autonomy stack and advanced driver assistance development programs. In this role, you’ll apply industry-leading methodologies and utilize your strong teamwork abilities to collaborate closely with experts both within the organization and among their customers. Your focus will be on executing their roadmap at a detailed level.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end projects as the first TPM in the off-road autonomy program.
- Engage with customers to understand pain points and areas that need more project engagement,
- Develop the project’s master schedule while collaborating with partners and customers.
- Track progress and ensure successful completion of all milestones.
- Work with internal teams and external customers on driving major software releases.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of overseeing major software releases within AV/ADAS space.
- Experience working with major stakeholders.
- Familiarity with several data management and simulation providers in the market.
- Knowledge in both software and hardware aspects of software development.
- Experience managing a team in a leadership type of role.
