Josh has over 10 years’ experience within recruitment and started his career working in the technology market within central Europe as his experience grew he transitioned into working within North America three years ago. A big lover of all things sport, travel and putting time into learning new things.

Kieran Toner
Kieran joined Adapt in 2021 with 7 years of recruitment experience, working with niche engineering or exec talent in emerging technologies. Primarily working within Machine Learning, Robotics, Autonomous Driving, AR/VR. Kieran is originally from the UK where he started out in London, but moved to Los Angeles and is currently living in Philadelphia with his wife and Rottie-mix dog. When not recruiting you’ll find him playing tennis or travelling.

Reece has over 8 years’ experience in the staffing industry working at market-leading agencies delivering into the UK, EU and US.
Now, at Adapt Talent, he’s responsible for accelerating the growth of a truly world class contract/temp offering across engineering functions for some of the most innovative clients globally. As an avid sports fan, he spends his time out of work playing/watching sports, and travelling as much as possible!

Dean Bonning
Dean started his career in recruitment when he joined Adapt in 2019. This allowed him to gain a comprehensive understanding of Adapt Talents Core Markets, especially within Magento, Shopify, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
He has worked heavily in the eCommerce Project Management space helping companies to build out their PMO. Dean is always enthusiastic to talk about the eCommerce and AI industry and on a more casual topic, he is always interested in music, NFL and film.

Matthew Pryor
Matt joined Adapt in 2020 with three years of experience within technical recruitment, specialising in connecting the Magento market throughout the US offering full management of the recruitment lifecycle. When he’s not placing Magento Developers he loves being a dad, running, drinking craft beers, live music and religiously follows The Arsenal and The Philadelphia Eagles.

Trin joined the business in 2021 with 5 years of recruitment experience. At Adapt, Trin focuses primarily on placing Shopify and SFCC talent across the US. Outside of work, she is a full time dog-mom to the office mascot Ted.

Brian Hartrick
Brian has over 5 years of recruitment experience across Engineering, Product + design for early-stage startups. After partnering with Series A fintechs in NYC to build out their Product + Design teams, Brian shifted into the Web3 space with his move to Adapt’s Carlsbad office.
In his spare time, you’ll find him volunteering at his church, hosting dinner parties with his wife Lex, and cheering on his favorite NFL team, the Buffalo Bills.

Jack joined Adapt in 2022 with just over 6 years of recruitment experience. Originally, coming from an engineering background, he has now landed at his feet within the Semiconductor and AI sector. Jack is interested in many things but what entices him the most is Chelsea FC, The Sopranos, and Only Fools & Horses.

Dorigan has over 2 years of experience with both permanent and contract recruitment. She has joined the Web3 team at Adapt specializing withing Cryptography and Rust. Dorigan loves to build new connections and explore partnerships to help align the goals of both candidates and clients. Outside of work she is really into her fitness and loves to spend time outdoors.

Angela started her journey in the recruitment industry in February 2022 after having over a year of experience in the sales industry as well as several years in the senior living space. Angela’s core markets are in the AI, Robotics, and autonomous driving space. When not recruiting you can find Angela working on her latest arts and crafts projects, trying new local restaurants, or binge-watching her favourite shows with her fur baby!

Noah has over 2.5 years of experience with both permanent and contract recruitment. He joined the Web3 team at Adapt that specializes in Blockchain, Cryptography, and Rust. In Noah’s free time he is either golfing, watching college football, watching Formula 1, or somewhere by the beach.

Rachel became a part of Adapt in the spring of 2024. She is thrilled to begin her journey in recruitment within the dynamic realms of AI, e-commerce, and Web3.

Mya brings over 2 years of recruitment experience, initially specializing in sales professionals for recruitment agencies. She now works within the Web3 team at Adapt, where she focuses on sourcing top talent for cutting-edge fields such as Cryptography and Rust.
Mya excels at identifying the perfect “unicorn candidate” who not only meets the technical requirements but also fits the unique culture of each organization. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Otto, and staying active by playing pickleball on the weekends.

Christian Geiger
Chris, originally from Germany, relocated to the United States in 2016. He joined Adapt Talent as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, bringing with him 5 years of recruitment experience. Prior to his role at Adapt Talent, Chris worked with a legal tech company based in San Francisco and also operated as a self-employed executive recruiter. Outside of work, Chris enjoys playing golf and tennis and spending time with his family.
