About the Company:
A leading innovator in the blockchain space is seeking a skilled Blockchain Engineer with expertise in the Solana network to help build the next generation of Web3 solutions. The company is dedicated to developing scalable, high-performance decentralized applications and is expanding its team to drive innovation further.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize smart contracts on the Solana blockchain using Rust and Anchor.
- Build and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance decentralized applications (dApps).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and front-end developers, to integrate blockchain solutions.
- Optimize on-chain and off-chain interactions for efficiency and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve blockchain-related issues and improve system performance.
- Stay up to date with Solana’s latest updates, protocols, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in blockchain development, with a focus on the Solana ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Rust and frameworks like Anchor.
- Deep understanding of Solana’s architecture, smart contract development, and transaction optimizations.
- Experience working with Web3 technologies, DeFi protocols, and NFT standards.
- Familiarity with Solana’s RPC APIs and indexing services.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of cryptographic principles, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract security best practices.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other blockchain ecosystems such as Ethereum, Cosmos, or Polkadot.
- Familiarity with front-end development using Web3.js, Solana.js, or similar.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
