Lead Blockchain Engineer (Golang) – up to $400k-$500k – Fully remote
Adapt Talent are partnered with an innovative blockchain powerhouse that focuses on crafting robust networks and decentralized applications for web3, empowering social connections and fostering communities.
They’re currently on the lookout for a Lead Golang Blockchain Engineer to be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining their Opensource solutions, including Protocol, and Consensus.
Fully Remote but must be US based
Up to 400-500k USD total comp (Heavy on base salary + equity + bonus)
Requirements:
– At least 5+ years’ Golang Experience
– Recent blockchain/protocol engineering experience
– Contributions to Opensource projects
– Strong experience working with Consensus Algorithms (no preference in which consensus)
2 stage interview process: Talent then Senior Leadership, followed by decision
