Hiring on behalf of a Bay Area Series A startup (closing B round before end of Q3) building ML-driven autonomy for unstructured outdoor environments. Small, high-caliber team. Big impact.
You’ll:
- Build SOTA perception models (detection, segmentation, depth, tracking)
- Optimize for real-time embedded inference (TensorRT, CUDA, quantization)
- Own cloud-based training pipelines + dataset curation
- Deploy and test your work on real robots in the field
You bring:
- 5+ years in robotic perception/ML
- Strong C++/Python, embedded experience
- Deep learning fundamentals + practical deployment experience
- Startup mindset: hands-on, collaborative, proactive
