Tech Lead, Perception – Robotics, Autonomy – $220-240k – Plus bonus and cash stock options – A leading Autonomy/Robotics company
A leading, well-known Autonomy/Robotics company, responsible for disrupting the ADAS industry are looking for a Tech Lead to join and take ownership of an existing Perception team.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience:
- Leading the design, development, validation, and deployment of perception systems for autonomous vehicles.
- Defining both software and hardware architecture of perception systems.
- Manage a growing Perception team and own the long-term Perception roadmap and strategy.
- Partner closely with both engineering and product stakeholders
- Experience managing technical projects
- Experienced in algorithmic development for perception stacks (LIDAR, Camera, etc.). Direct experience with sensors is preferred.
- Deployed perception stacks to robots, autonomous vehicles, or other real-time systems
- Strong software development skills in C++ and Python,
- Background in ROS/ROS 2
- M.S. / PhD (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Robotics, Computer Vision.
