Lead Software Engineer, ML Inference Infrastructure – San Francisco, CA, Hybrid – $200-250K Base Salary Plus Stock Options
We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer-ML Infrastructure for a leading multi-modal generative AI startup. This company has won several awards at top tier AI conferences in their first year. They are backed by top tier VCs and advised by industry veterans. This role will lead all deep learning infra and will progress into a Director level role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable machine learning infrastructure for video generation.
- Collaborate with teams to deploy, optimize, and scale video generation models.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and availability for video data.
- Lead junior engineers and build up the team.
Must Haves:
- S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or related technical field
- 5+ years of software development and designing and implementing scalable machine learning infrastructure experience.
- Solid knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, leveraging their services for video processing, storage, and scalability.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Go
- Experience deploying models using Triton and TensorRT.
