Director, Product Management – Data, Privacy & Security
Salary: $200-230k+ – Plus bonus and stock options

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for data privacy and security.
• Define and prioritize product features.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing and customer success teams to deliver products that meet the needs of our customers.
• Keep track of industry trends in cybersecurity and adjacent markets to help identify new market opportunities. Research the competition to deeply understand competitive products functionality, pricing, and positioning, as well as how these products are perceived by buyers and industry analysts.

Must Haves:

• 5+ years of experience of managing successful enterprise security products to drive fast-growing businesses
• Experience managing successful enterprise products in early-stage startups, skillfully balancing limited engineering resources with high pressure for features and quality from customers and sales teams
• Strong leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven track record of delivering successful products to market.
