The company has developed a secure mempool to enhance the safety and efficiency of blockchain transactions, building innovative solutions that protect and monetize order flow while ensuring best-in-class transaction inclusion and ordering.
Role Overview:
A Senior Backend Engineer is needed to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, with a focus on blockchain technologies and MEV mitigation strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects aimed at enhancing the security and efficiency of blockchain transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services that support a secure mempool and other blockchain-related products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement and optimize algorithms related to MEV detection and prevention.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of backend services.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high coding standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in backend development, preferably in the blockchain space.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Go, or similar.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and building scalable systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with designing and implementing secure mempools or similar systems.
- Knowledge of consensus algorithms and blockchain architectures.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
