John joined the Adapt team in Spring 2025. While he’s new to recruiting in AI, eCommerce, and Web3, his prior background is alumni engagement and fundraising in the higher education space. He graduated from Northern Arizona University with a B.s. in Business and another in Political Science.Originally from Oceanside, California, John makes the most of his surroundings—surfing, training for his next race, and spending time with family and friends.
