Throughout his career, he has focused on both senior-level hires and Executive search across multiple domains including AI/ML, Robotics, SW Engineering, Security and Cloud. Over the years he has helped scale multiple leadership and engineering teams from early stage start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Charlie, originally from the UK, lives in Los Angeles with his wife and 2 year old son, Oliver.
